Stayed at A by Adina for 1 night; greatest hotel room I've ever been in. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and also gifted a complimentary teddy bear upon checkout. Great location to the city centre, Canberra Centre Shopping, and many food options. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with many amenities, and pillow options. Amazing view looking out towards the city, with a nice study area, TV with a wide variety of movies, floor- to-ceiling windows, and expansive wardrobe space. In addition, luxury finishes were applied throughout the room, especially in the bathroom with marble and gold. Also a connecting Cafe and Steakhouse, with a major bus interchange to major attractions within walking distance! Would definitely come here again!

This is very much a business hotel. It’s very new, very clean, but also quite clinical and not at all cosy. The concrete walls in the room need more than the corporate style bedding to set off the harsh feel of the bedroom. There’s also no food or bar facilities in the hotel, which is not necessarily expected, but as a result it all seems very harsh, corporate, efficient and brutalist. That said, if you’re travelling for business, and maybe only one night, it’s pretty good. Mostly good location, although do bring earplugs if you have a road facing room. The buses driving past get a bit loud. Because it’s in the city, and because we were staying over the Australia Day weekend, very little was open in the vicinity. Canberra does become very quiet on the weekend. Having some form of room, service or access to restaurants would have been helpful. I know that they have some connections with one or two restaurants near the hotel, but if they’re not open then that makes things tricky. Lovely staff at check in. We were treated well. It’s just not the kind of place you want to spend more than a day or two at.

Had a lovely stay here - the two bedroom apartment was perfect for the family. Staff were super friendly and helpful. ARC cafe downstairs has excellent coffee. Easy walk to Canberra Central and easy drive out to suburbs from here. Parking was easy (once you found the right lift!) Would recommend staying here if you have kids (or even if you don't). Rooms are comfy, well laid out and quiet.

I recently stayed 3 nights, and it was fabulous! Best sleep I've had in so long. The rooms are sound proof so you don't hear people outside your room. Combined with black out curtains it's fabulous. Room service from The Meat &Wine Co was incredible. The lovely team at reception are exceptional. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you ☺️
